AFL announces Tasmania Devils' draft concessions for entry to league

Tasmania's fledgling AFL team, the Devils, will have a $5 million signing bonus pool in addition to the salary cap to help lure players from interstate. It's one of the many draft concessions released by the AFL for the team's entry to the national league.
