Hartlepool volunteer 'overwhelmed' to win national cycling award

Adam Brooks won the award for his hard work helping cycling in the north east of England, committing himself to countless hours of coaching and helping rebuild key facilities like Summerhill Cycle Circuit and Middlesbrough Velodrome.
