<p>David Lammy said to be furious after Hadush Gerberslasie Kebatu, who was meant to go to an immigration detention centre to be deported, was accidentally freed</p><p>A man who sparked nationwide protests after sexually assaulting a woman and a 14-year-old girl near the asylum hotel in Epping where he was a resident has been accidentally released from jail.</p><p>The Ethiopian national Hadush Gerberslasie Kebatu, 38, was jailed for 12 months in September.
