Ari Emanuel's events business will acquire theater owner ATG Entertainment

<p>Mari, an events and experiences business founded by Ari Emanuel, plans to acquire ATG Entertainment, the owner of theater venues in areas including London's West End. The financial terms were not disclosed.</p>
