Minneapolis cop Kim Potter who killed Duante Wright will say it was an 'innocent mistake' at trial

Potter's attorneys filed a list of defenses they plan to employ at her November 30 trial on Wednesday. Potter, 49, resigned shortly after the April 11 shooting. She's out on $100,000 bail.
